Märkus 1 Biomeetrilise omavõrdluse katsetusi on ajalooliselt nimetatud "ehtsateks katsetusteks". Termin "ehtne" aga eeldas ajalooliselt biomeetriahõivesubjekti poolt kavatsust. Lõppkokkuvõttes ei ole sellel katsetusel midagi ühist biomeetriahõivesubjekti kavatsusega.

Note. Biometric mated comparison trials have historically been referred to as “genuine trials”. However, the term “genuine” historically implied an intent on the part of the biometric capture subject. Ultimately, the trial has nothing to do with the intention of the biometric capture subject.
